This is by far one of our favorite hotels. Beside being clean, friendly, and a fantastic location, The layout and use of space in the rooms creates a comfortable sense of logic. The refillable shampoos, conditioners and other provided amenities are high end and I appreciate the reduced waste (no small single use shampoo bottles to throw in the landfills). The full size hair dryer cannot be understated either. I hate having to lug mine with me because they're usually tiny, weak and always suck your hair in the back! Ouch! The night light in the bathroom is an excellent touch! Refillable water stations right outside our room, Espresso machine in room, etc. all add up to a really comfortable stay. Thank you for thinking of these details. Also, a shout-out to the beautiful "Rose" restaurant on the second floor. Wow, what a great view! The food was delicious, the service attentive and friendly, and the ambiance so inviting. We will always stay here when in Boston and will look for a Canopy where ever we go.

Great location. Clean and modern. Comfortable rooms. A quick 15 minute taxi from Airport for about $25 - not bad at all. We would highly recommend this hotel. However, the Restaurant is a bit over rated. The restaurant does not offer bread at dinner - it is not offered and they have none to buy. There are no side dishes of vegetables (not much in the way of vegetables on the menu). Hotel breakfast, if included, is an ok deal, but otherwise be prepared for $25 breakfast entrees, $5 coffee, $8 orange juice. It’s all excellent, but welcome to the $40 to $50 breakfast per person.

Front desk staff member Diamond handled everything perfectly beginning with initial introduction. She was friendly, knowledgeable and quite efficient. Good first impression of hotel. Additional staff members from bar tender to valets were all great to deal with. We’ve already told friends and family of nice stay at your hotel. Will let our company’s staff , who arrange hotels for out of state staff and clients, that your hotel to be on preferred list of accommodations. Thank you for nice stay Regards Ed Stewart

The location is perfect. The open closet at the entrance of the room was great storage for coats and suitcases. The provided hair and body products were fantastic. The view from the room was nice. Black out curtains were excellent. Very little road or neighbor noise which was surprising. Front desk staff was lovely. The luggage storage was a great service that should be advertised to guest! I saw the offering in a Google review and called to confirm. I wish I got the requested upgrade but it’s okay maybe next time!

The front desk staff was exceptional, especially Trevon who made our stay a lovely experience. The valets were also kind and knowledgeable. The location is ideal for walking to the North End, Boston Market and TD Garden. The drinks were delicious and opening up the window allowed a cool breeze to filter in making for a lovely night. There are plenty of comfy seating areas around the hotel which were pleasant and inviting.
